First among Savannah banquet facilities, Moon River Brewing Company hosts a variety of events including cocktail receptions, wedding rehearsal dinners, weddings, holiday parties, birthdays, corporate meetings, and military hail and farewell events. From baby showers with 20 people to cocktail receptions for more than 100, we can create the perfect event to fit your needs. We provide off-the-menu table service and limited menus for groups of up to 30 people. For larger groups, we offer buffet service.

beer cellar
Our Downstairs Beer Cellar has a similar intimate feeling. It features televisions, a private bar, and a sound system. The main cellar room can seat 54 people. The full cellar can accommodate seating for 99.
beer garden
Our 5,400 square foot Beer Garden is filled with greenery and is lined by trees to add privacy from the sidewalk. Capacity is for 164 seated (picnic table-style). We can accommodate up to 340 standing. There are two TV’s in the garden house and a sound system that plays throughout the beer garden. We have a few standup heaters and overhead heaters for the colder seasons, and the pergola and garden house have overhead fans for cooling off during the hot Savannah days.

To offer you flexibility, we offer four food service options for banquets. Please see our appetizer, lunch, and dinner menus for full details.
Full Service
Guests order from the full Moon River dining menu. Tableside service.
Limited Menu Service
A limited menu of three to four entrees. Tableside service.
Partial Service
The main course buffet. Salad, soup and/or dessert items served table-side. Alcoholic beverages served at the bar.
Buffet Service
All food items are served buffet style. All beverages ordered and served at the bar.
Menu prices do not include room fees or taxes. 72-hour notice on all food orders, please.
bar options
Bar packages for beer, wine, and cocktails are available at Happy Hour Prices for hosted bars. (Individual guests may order beverages at full price from the regular bar.) A minimum of 20 guests is required to reserve a private bar for your function.
Limited Open Bar
All drinks are on one check, but bar offerings are limited to beer, wine or selected cocktails.
Open Bar
All drinks are on one check, and a full range of spirits is offered.
Cash Bar
Drinks are billed to individual guests. A full range of spirits is offered.
Other Bar Options
Limited Open or Open Bar for pre-set time; Drink Tickets; Open tab for selected items, chosen prior to event.
